When I first moved to Baltimore I heard people saying they hated JHPIEGO and I didn't understand why at that point. It seemed they were simply providing outreach overseas that other universities were. In 2008 I had not understood the criminal nature of national leadership and Wall Street and I understood immediately what the goals of JHPIEGO were and why people hated it.
This is the branch of Hopkins that is known now for human trafficing. It is here that Hopkins identifies people who would be leaders in their nation's communities----gives them just enough education under the guise of helping that third world community----and then ships those people overseas and/or to the US to work for Hopkins' and US corporate interests. They are using Federal grants to find and educate people overseas and then bringing them to the US to work for Hopkins' businesses. This is the GATEWAY tied to Trans Pacific Trade Pact meant to traffic immigrants into the US as part of this global corporate tribunal breakdown of US sovereignty----making a colonial presence of America with International Economic Zones replacing Federal, state, and local government. Here in Baltimore Johns Hopkins is basically a transition center for foreign workers coming to the US, oriented, and then sent all over the nation. At the same time Hopkins is bringing in, training, and trafficing these foreign workers it is doing the same to American workers. All of the work done in Baltimore controlled by Hopkins and Baltimore Development uses this same migrant worker routine on American workers as Hopkins brings workers from Texas, Indiana, South Carolina, Florida and then moves them around the nation.

Community Improvement Plan
In recognition of the importance of cross-border trade with the Unites States, the Province of Ontario’s Places
to Grow Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe, 2006 (referred to herein as the “Growth Plan”)
recognized the Niagara Gateway Economic Zone and Centre as having unique economic importance to the
Greater Golden Horseshoe region and Ontario. The Growth Plan states that planning and economic
development in the Gateway Economic Zone and Centre will support economic diversity and promote
increased opportunities for cross-border trade, movement of goods and tourism.
The Growth Plan graphically identified the Gateway Economic Zone and Gateway Economic Centre on
Schedules 2 (Places to Grow Concept), 5 (Moving People - Transit) and 6 (Moving Goods) in the Plan. The
Gateway designation in Schedule 2 of the Growth Plan shows a Gateway Economic Zone stretching along the
Niagara River and the Queen Elizabeth Way between the City of Niagara Falls and the Town of Fort Erie and
a Gateway Economic Centre which is centered in the southern Niagara Region near the City of Welland and
Port Colborne, including port facilities along the Welland Canal. In the policy section on Employment Lands,
the Growth Plan textually defined the Gateway Economic Zone and Gateway Economic Centre as referring to
the Settlement Areas (urban areas and rural settlement areas designated in an Official Plan) within the areas
conceptually depicted on Schedules 2, 5 and 6 in the Plan.
The Niagara Gateway Economic Zone and Centre Final Report was prepared for Niagara Region by GHK in
December of 2008 to provide an action plan to achieve the goals of the Province’s Growth Plan for the
Gateway Economic Zone and Centre, namely supporting economic diversity and promoting increased
opportunities for cross-border trade, movement of goods and tourism. The Niagara Gateway Economic Zone
and Centre Final Report was received by Regional Council in February of 2009, coinciding with Niagara 2031,
the Region’s Growth Management Strategy, which included adoption of a Preferred Growth Option for Niagara
(Niagara Region Report DPD 54-2008). In May of 2009, Regional Council approved an Implementation Work
Plan and Implementation Committee for the nine recommendations in the Gateway Economic Zone and
Centre Final Report.
The preparation of this Gateway Economic Zone and Centre Community Improvement Plan (referred to herein
as the “Gateway CIP”) stems largely from Recommendation #8 of the Niagara Gateway Economic Zone and
Centre Final Report (page 58) which states that “The Region of Niagara will work with the Province, local
municipalities and its economic development agencies to create an attractive investment climate for its
employment lands through such measures as improving their appearance, improving infrastructure, reducing
the cost of servicing industrial lands, expanded targeted tax increment equivalent grant programs on a regional
scale and opportunities for developing environmentally sustainable industrial buildings in such a way as to
ensure sufficient employment lands are available for the future.”
The Niagara Gateway Economic Zone and Centre Final Report identified incentives within a CIP as a way to
make employment lands in the Gateway Economic Zone and Centre more attractive and accelerate the
process of bringing these employment lands to market. The Niagara Gateway Economic Zone and Centre
Final Report highlights the use of a CIP to accomplish these objectives because the Province’s Growth Plan
designated the Niagara Gateway Economic Zone and Centre as the only Gateway Zone and Centre in

Economic gateway: Gwadar as Special Economic Zone

ISLAMABAD: Gwadar will be declared a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for a period of 20 to 30 years to facilitate commercial and economic development. The port draws 9% of the gross income from marine and port operations and the development of an economic zone would increase its revenues. Moreover, under the Pakistan-China Economic Corridor Programme, the Gwadar Port City will act as a gateway. The port was completed in 2006 at a total cost of $288 million and, in 2007, port operations were handed over to a subsidiary of Port of Singapore Authority. The port is partially functional and is receiving ships carrying government cargo while the new port operator, China Overseas Ports Holding Company Limited, has started work on an operational plan.
So, the first step to stopping these global policies is act locally------a Mayor of Baltimore would allow Johns Hopkins to 'DONATE' this building in Fells Point to become a public Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation with Baltimore helping the State of Maryland enforce US laws. So, we close JHPIEGO and open a public agency tasked with upholding US labor and business laws. It is far better for Johns Hopkins to have its global headquarters closer to the foreign nations it wants to do business with and get its employees----OVERSEAS while placing East Baltimore in a Public Trust for several decades with billions in funding as a way of repaying all of the fraud and corruption that has happened over these several decades.
This former JHPIEGO location can be symbolic in having this the agency that protects the immigrants in Baltimore and surrounding areas here now while making sure no more immigrants come to this area until we have Rule of Law, a healthy domestic economy, and local citizens working at steady employment. All of this will create thousands of jobs in Baltimore and it will protect small businesses THAT ARE REAL FAMILY BUSINESSES AND NOT SIMPLY GLOBAL START UPS WITH ALL THE INNOVATION MESS THROWN OUT.
The American people must act locally to reverse all of this. It is easy peasy to throw out our local and state politicians who have devoted their lives to making the US an autocratic totalitarian global colony!

Employment Rights of Immigrants Under Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws
Immigrants are protected from employment discrimination by laws enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). This pamphlet answers questions often asked by people who think that they have suffered discrimination in employment. It describes what the law covers, how to file a complaint, and typical examples of employment discrimination.
What the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission does The EEOC is a federal agency responsible for enforcing laws prohibiting employment discrimination and harassment because of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age (40 and over and physical or mental disability. Employers with 15 or more employees (20 or more for age discrimination), employment agencies, unions, employer-union apprentice programs, and local, state, and federal agencies must obey these laws. If you think that you have been discriminated against on the job or while applying for a job, you should contact the EEOC. The law has strict time limits for filing a charge of discrimination, and in some cases the EEOC will not have jurisdiction unless the charge is filed within 180 days of the occurrence of discrimination. Because of these filing limits, we suggest that you contact our office as soon as the discrimination has occurred.
When a charge of discrimination is filed, EEOC conducts an impartial investigation to determine if the laws were violated. You may call 1-800-669-4000 to be connected with the nearest EEOC field office to you.
What you should know about National Origin Discrimination under Title VII The law protects people against employment discrimination on the basis of their national origin. Following are some examples of employment discrimination based on national origin.
Discrimination Because of a Person's or His or Her Ancestor�s Place of Birth
- Unlawful national origin discrimination may include discrimination because of a person�s looks, customs, or language. It isn�t necessary for a person to show that his or her ancestors are from a particular country or region to prove national origin discrimination. A claim can be proven if a person is discriminated against for having the characteristics for a different group. For example, a person might mistakenly be thought to be Haitian and may be discriminated against based on certain characteristics, even though he is not actually Haitian. Similarly, a person may be perceived as being foreign born or of foreign ancestry and may be discriminated against in violation of the law.
- The law prohibits discrimination because a person associates with people of a national origin group, (discrimination because of attendance at schools or places or worship used by persons of a particular nationality, and discrimination because a person�s or spouse�s name is associated with a national origin group). For example, if someone is denied a promotion or otherwise discrimination against because she is married to a Hispanic man, that violates the law.
- Some employment practices, such as citizenship requirements, minimum height requirements, and policies against hiring individuals with arrest and conviction records, may screen out people of a particular national origin. For example, a minimum height requirement for certain jobs, such as police officers of firefighters, may disproportionately screen out people of certain national origins, such as Hispanics and Asians, and would be against the law unless the employer could prove that it is related to the job and needed for the employer to operate safely or efficiently. Another policy that may determinate against certain national origin group members would be a high school diploma requirement, which may not be job related for certain positions such as laborers.
- Ethnic slurs and other verbal or physical conduct because of nationality are illegal if they are severe or pervasive and create an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment, interfere with work performance, or negatively affect job opportunities. Examples of potentially unlawful conduct include insults, taunting, or ethnic epithets, such as making fun of a person�s foreign accent or comments like, �Go back to where you came from, � whether made by supervisors or by co-workers.
- Generally, an employer may only base an employment decision on accent if effective oral communication in English is required to perform job duties and the individual�s foreign accent materially interferes with his or her ability to communicate orally in English.
- Jobs that may require effective oral communication in English include teaching, customer service, and telemarketing to English speaking clients.
- If a person has an accent but it is able to communicate effectively and be understood in English, he or she cannot be discriminated against.
- A rule requiring employees to speak only English in the workplace at all times, including breaks and lunch time, will rarely be justified.
- An English-only rule should be limited to the circumstances in which it is needed for the employer to operate safely or efficiently.
- Circumstances in which an English-only rule may be justified include: communications with customers or coworkers who only speak English; emergencies or other situations in which workers must speak a common language to promote safety; cooperative work assignments in which the English-only rule is needed to promote efficiency.
- Even if there is a need for an English-only rule, an employer may not take disciplinary action against an employee for violating the rule unless the employer has notified workers about the rule and the consequences of violating it.
- For example, suppose that Radika, a native of India, applies for a job as a receptionist. At her interview, the selecting official says that Radika would not be right for the job, because the company is looking for someone with �an all American front office appearance.� She is dressed appropriately, and is certain that the only thing about her appearance that is not of the �front office� type is that she is of Indian ancestry. If Radika can show that the selecting official viewed her appearance as inappropriate because of her Indian features, she can establish a violation of the law. Similarly, if this employer refuses to allow an Indian employee to wear a sari, but imposes no dress restrictions on any other employees, this may also violate the law.
