This is how you know US media is state media and not democratic journalism......no media outlet would allow Hillary to continue to lie about her intentions.

'Hillary Clinton has spoken in favor of the TPP on at least 45 occasions in five years-----now she says she is against it.  She doesn't want your trust -----she wants your vote'.

National AFL-CIO leader Trump has been holding out for Hillary to pose progressive with this fake TPP stance so he can tie the largest US labor union to an endorsement of Hillary.  Meanwhile, local unions have come out for Bernie Sanders months ago and are telling union members to just ignore Trumka.

A politician, in a general sense, is a public official whose primary role is to create or propose laws that further the general interests of the public. Modern-day totalitarian states or those ruled by powerful monarchies and ruling classes often have politicians who serve a primarily symbolic role as well and have no legitimate authority.
_______________________________________________
I'll end for now talk of Hillary by extending all of these issues raised to all Clinton neo-liberals.  Congressional Democrats are almost all Clinton/Obama neo-liberals.  This election needs to be about getting rid of Clinton neo-liberals at all levels of government.

Below you see what has been a few decades of neo-liberal policy in China where peasants once land owners for centuries are forced from their land and into these International Economic Zone cities where they are enslaved by global corporations.  The Clinton's in the 1990s worked hard to send BIG AG and BIG MEAT/Monsanto into China to do there what was done in America's agricultural industry---get rid of small farmers and hand to global corporations.  So, once again Bill and Hillary push policy with goals of placing control all food and energy sources into the hands of a few global corporations.

Notice how this reporter uses the term----'failing into the middle-income trap'---that is the American middle-class that was killed by Clinton neo-liberals---we wouldn't want China forced by angry citizens to raise standards of living beyond what's needed to keep human capital alive.

Notice as well how progressive posing starts with the need for basic health care for the poor.  In the US, Affordable Care Act has a goal of taking US citizens with developed world health care to this same Chinese-style health system for the poor.  Remember, the Chinese politburo are getting all these policies from Wall Street and neo-liberal and neo-con pols in the US.

100 million Chinese farmers to move to city by end of decade

China is expecting more than 100 million farmers to move from the countryside to the city by the end of this decade, placing huge strains on the country's fledgling social security net and raising the prospect of further social unrest.

China undergoes massive upheaval as rural peasants migrate to the cities to find work Photo: GETTY

By Peter Foster, Beijing

By 2020 China's burgeoning cities will be home to 800 million people, up from 666 million in 2010 according to new official forecasts based on data collected during last year's national census and released to Chinese state media this week.

China's hyper-rapid urbanisation has put intense pressure on the ruling Communist Party's ability to govern society as it undergoes massive upheaval as rural peasants migrate to the cities to find work.

Separate research from Beijing's Tsinghua University has estimated that there are now 180,000 disturbances in China every year, or more than four times the number a decade ago.

Many are linked to the limbo-status of many migrants who work in the cities but enjoy little or no formal rights to education, health care or the purchase of property.

Despite attempts to roll out a basic medical insurance policy for China's poor, the census survey by the National Population and Family Planning Commission found that while fewer than half of migrant workers have any medical insurance or pension provisions.

At the same it found that the new generation of migrant workers, now aged 16-30, were better educated than their predecessors and, other recent research has shown, are consequently less accepting of their second-class status and better able to organise protests.

Over the past year China's leaders, mindful of rising discontent among the lower reaches of society, have forced through significant increases in minimum wages for factory workers who are increasingly in demand as China seeks to move its manufacturing base up the value chain.

Demographic analysis has shown that the number of new entrants to China's labour force will starting to contract from 2015, putting upward pressure on both wages and inflation as China's demographic 'sweet-spot' starts to fade.

The risk that China might 'grow old before it grows rich' and fall into what economists call the 'middle income trap' has also raised expectations that China might relax its controversial one-child policy in a bid to ease demographic pressures.

Speculation this could occur deepened in July when local leaders in China's most populous province, Guangdong, approached Beijing for permission to exempt more couples from the one-child restriction that was first introduced in 1979.

However that request now appears to have been rejected after the director of Guangdong's family planning commission told the influential Southern Daily newspaper that there would be "no major adjustments to the family planning policy within five years."

_____________________________________________
Below you see a right-wing political article that relates exactly what happened in China to what goals are in the US with these same International Economic Zone policies ------AND THEY ARE RIGHT.  Baltimore City will be that Chinese city Guangdong filled with not only immigrants from the world----but rural Maryland will be forced into Baltimore's International Economic Zone from lack of resources and work.  This Baltimore area----including parts of Baltimore County and Howard County----will operate just as these FOXCONN corporate campuses in Asia.  This is why we are seeing a flood of Asian foreign investors and immigrants into the US as partners in installing these structures.

WHEN HILLARY SAYS----IT TAKES A VILLAGE----WHAT SHE MEANS IS----IT TAKES 1,000 VILLAGES TO STAFF AN INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC ZONE WOMEN AND CHILDREN INCLUDED AS ENSLAVED LABOR EXPOSED TO DEVASTATING ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH HAZARDS.  SHE IS EQUAL OPPORTUNITY!

Neo-cons are trying to make all this global policy look like its coming from a Democrat------Obama-----when all of it is Reagan Republican neo-liberalism.....VERY REPUBLICAN.  So, why do Republican voters know what the end goal is and not the Democratic voters who are going to become that sweat shop labor?  The Democratic Party is completely captured by Wall Street pols and media that do not allow any information about policy out.

Trans Pacific Trade Pact is designed to end all US Constitutional law that would protect the American people from this happening----you will notice that TPP includes a requirement that none of TPP policy is leaked to the public for 5 years......2020.  This article makes clear the connection with loss of control of food, killing the small farmer----and mass migration into these mega-cities.  This is what O'Malley and Maryland Assembly are building with their Economic Zone policies at the state level and they

KNOW WHAT THE GOAL IS AS DO YOUR MARYLAND ASSEMBLY/BALTIMORE CITY POLS.  THESE POLS ARE PUSHING THE LAWS CREATING THESE ECONOMIC ZONES IN BALTIMORE.

The Forced Depopulation of America’s Rural Areas. A MUST READ!

June 25, 2013 · by Lisa Haven · in End Times, Persecution, Politics. ·Written by: Dave Hodges –  www.thecommonsenseshow.com

Agenda 21 policy calls for dramatically increasing urbanization and forcing indigenous populations out of rural areas and into densely populated stack and pack micro apartments controlled by technocrats with the ability to control every aspect of one’s life. When completed, this lifestyle will be a hell on earth.

In Part One, I detailed how the Chinese government, under the direction of global corporations like Goldman Sachs, is instituting a mass relocation of its population from rural to urban. At the point of a gun, the Chinese military is forcibly removing one million Chinese farmers per month from their rural homes and forcing them into the massive ghost cities from which China has spent nearly $3 trillion to construct.

The Chinese government, Hank Paulson and other globalists falsely claim that the mass relocation of Chinese farmers is necessary to fuel the Chinese economy.
Yet, there are no jobs available to these Chinese farmers when they arrive in the ghost cities. Strong industry and the need to fill positions is what drew Americans into the cities during our industrial revolution, not the other way around as the globalists are claiming is the case in China. What we are witnessing in China is the beginning of the implementation of the Agenda 21 creation of massive megacities complete with stack and pack micro apartments.

As in China, there is a decided plot to move American farmers off of their land and into urban areas and this plot commenced nearly two decades ago and is currently picking up momentum. The American and Chinese methods for depopulating rural areas are different, but the net effect is exactly the same.

Can you imagine if the US military, as is happening in China, were to forcibly relocate American farmers to urban areas under the threat of violence from the military? The US  would witness the outbreak of widespread violence. Unlike the Chinese farmers who are being forced by gunpoint off of their land. American farmers are being nudged off of their land by market forces created by covert government policy.

When both countries achieve virtual depopulation of the rural areas of their respective countries, only the government subsidized corporate farms will remain. Local communities and their individual citizens will lose total control over all food and this is a prescription for disaster.

“I will determine what and how much you may drink”– Mayor Bloomberg

If you wonder why New York City Mayor Bloomberg and Michelle Obama have been trying to control the size of sodas, the amount of salt one can use and are dictating what school children will eat for lunch, the answer is that they are conditioning the American public that the government controls all food intake. The reasons for these new controls over diet will become painfully clear after reading the following paragraphs.

Rural Flight In the United States

I know that this will come as a shock to many reading this article because they did not learn of these events from FOX or CNN. However, in actuality, the process of moving the United States towards a complete Agenda 21 style of total urbanization has already commenced and it began nearly 20 years ago. (THE MASTER PLAN FOLKS)!

In 1994, the US became official participants in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which was a ‘liberalized’ trade agreement between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Under NAFTA, farmers’ income in all three countries has plummeted and millions of small farmers have lost their land, while agribusiness corporations (i.e. large government subsidized corporate farms) have reaped huge profits.

NAFTA has had three dramatic effects on farmers in North America and all three effects further the cause dense urbanization as outlined in Agenda 21 documents.

The Roots of Illegal Immigration

The first notable effect of NAFTA is that it immediately bankrupted over three million farmers in northern Mexico and this group became the vanguard of millions of Mexicans illegally entering the US in search for subsistence work of any type.

Depopulating Rural Areas By Bankrupting US Farmers

The second dramatic impact of NAFTA lies in the fact that it has had catastrophic consequences for US farmers as a record number of small farmers have lost their farms and have gone through foreclosure while the government subsidized corporate farms have thrived.Since NAFTA,the average annual growth of the US trade deficit hasbeen 45% higher.Since NAFTA took effect, about 170,000 small family farms have gone bankrupt which represents a decline of 21% of family farms in the US. The 21% of America small farmers who have been bankrupted since the advent of NAFTA, represents a higher percentage of displaced American farmers than what is happening with forced relocation of Chinese farmers to the ghost cities. And what happens to American small farmers who have lost their livelihood? They either work on their former competitors corporate farms as hired hands, or they relocate to urban areas in search of employment.

American Farmers: Death By a Thousand Cuts

If it is not the EPA enforcing its Agenda 21 wetlands regulations with devastating consequences on farmers, it is the FDA harassing farmers for pursuing time-honored farm related industries such as the raw milk industry. Congress is plotting new attacks on the US farmer as I write these words. Even Amish farmers have felt the wrath of the federal government. Average, everyday Americans are being arrested for merely growing their own food.

Whether it is China or the US, Agenda 21 urbanization policies are designed for the purpose of herding people into dense urban areas for reasons of control and the primary method of control has to do with controlling food production.

The US Government Is Gaining Control Over All Food

The Chinese government is working towards to the control over all food in order to control the people. On an ever increasing basis, NAFTA is providing the US government with the exact same ability. Therefore, the third draconian impact of NAFTA is that it has led to even more nefarious free trade agreements which led to the loss of control for local communities over its own food supply.

Underlying the World Trade Organization, the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA), and the Central American Free Trade Agreement is the philosophy that all food (i.e. from basic grains, meat, fruits and vegetables) should be exclusively produced for international export. This is a drastic departure from the time honored practice where each country produced the majority of food its citizens needed on local, small farms and only traded in certain products that could not be successfully grown locally. If anyone wonders where this is headed, we only have to look to Africa for the answer. The very first great wave of a NAFTA style of globalization in agriculture took place in Africa, Asia, and Latin America as global corporations forced local farmers to give up local food production, and shifted production to plantations using enslaved Indigenous and African labor to grow the luxury crops of coffee, sugar, bananas, and cocoa for export to the colonizing countries.

The lesson here is, if the government controls the food, the government controls the people.

Starvation Will Be Used to Enforce the Agenda 21 Depopulation of Rural Areas

The use of food by the U.S. government has been a matter of official U.S. governmental covert policy since 1974-1975.

In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America’s national security.

In November 1975 President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200 outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford’s new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with CIA  Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans.

NSSM 200 formally raised the question, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? … Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?” Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of the “useless eaters!”

Third world population control, using food as one of the primary weapons, has long been a matter of official covert national policy and a portion of President Obama’s Executive Order(EO 13603), National Defense Resources Preparedness is a continuation of that policy. Only now, the intended target are not the LDC’s but, instead, the American people.

With the stroke of his pen, Obama has total and absolute control over all food where his EO states:

(e)  “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption.  “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f)  “Food resource facilities” means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer…

NAFTA was merely the opening artillery bombardment against the American farmer and the ultimate depopulation of rural areas. The death of the American farmer will ultimately come at the hands of EO 13603 and I believe this will be fully implemented when Obama declares martial law.

“Thank God That I Do Not Live On a Farm”

Do you think that you and your family are actually safe from the ravages of depopulating the rural areas through economic blackmail and ultimate starvation? Think again! Unless you presently live in the core inner city and occupy less than 500 square feet of living space, your government, as I write these words, is actively plotting to get you out of the suburbs and into densely populated urban areas and this will be fully exposed in Part three of this series.

Clinton neo-liberals with Bush neo-cons have made these few decades about building massive world trafficing of people for labor to these International Economic Zones.  IT IS HUGE AND JOHNS HOPKINS IS TOP DOG IN THIS TRAFFICING.

Just think ahead to how you create a massive International Economic Zone operating in third world conditions in an American city like Baltimore?  You import people not used to having a developed world quality of life----you make them think they are going to live a quality life when they get here and then exploit them.  That is what Clinton/Obama Immigration Bill policy was all about.  It was strictly targeted at moving International Economic Zone status in the US.

Below you see why Rawlings-Blake is a Clinton neo-liberal darling----she does what she is told by Wall Street no matter how much it hurts the current citizens of Baltimore.  Now, REAL progressive social Democrats want to protect immigrant labor so we do not blame immigrants brought to the US for these policies.  They are the ones hurt most.  It protects immigrants already here in the US to fight TPP and International Economic Zone policy ----plus it keeps world immigrants from being taken from their homeland under false pretense.

HILLARY CLINTON AS STATE DEPARTMENT HEAD LED IN DEVELOPING THESE LABOR TRAFFICING STRUCTURES WORKING WITH THE LIKES OF NEO-CONSERVATIVE JOHNS HOPKINS.

Baltimore City can absorb this round of immigrants and still get all Baltimore citizens back to work-----it is the goal of continuous flooding of this local labor market for the next few decades with more and more and more immigrant laborors that needs to stop.

Slave labor in America today
By Jeanne Sahadi   @CNNMoney
A new study examines labor trafficking in the United States - and its victims' plight - in agriculture, construction, hotels, restaurants and domestic work.
They work on U.S. construction sites and farms, in restaurants and hotels, even in homes.
Foreign workers, lured by false promises of good jobs in America, soon find themselves enslaved in plain sight as victims of labor trafficking, according to a new report published by the nonpartisan Urban Institute and Northeastern University.

Baltimore Says, 'Immigrants Welcome'
December 09, 2012 4:29 PM ET
Lauren Silverman
Acacia SquiresAs part of the National Immigration Integration Conference, nearly 50 new American citizens were sworn in Sept. 22.

Acacia Squires/NPR Hundreds of people gathered in September at Baltimore's harbor as the wind gusted off the water's edge. Nearly 50 of them were about to be sworn in as U.S. citizens. Some were young, some old. There were uniformed members of the U.S. military, parents and children. There were immigrants from El Salvador, China, Honduras and countries in between. They raised their right hands, recited the naturalization oath to the United States, and were declared fully American.

The national conversation on immigration reform has been stalled for years, and while President Obama says it's a top priority for his second term, Baltimore is moving ahead with its own agenda: It's courting immigrants in an effort to revitalize its shrinking population.

Baltimore was once a major port city and destination for people moving to America. In 1950, nearly a million people lived here. Since then though, Baltimore has become known for high crime rates and abandoned homes. The city's population has fallen to just half of what it was in the 1960s.

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has a plan: She's looking to bring in 10,000 new families over the next decade, focusing on immigrants, a group that has helped other large cities grow. She's hoping new families will boost income and property tax revenue, helping to reignite the city's economy.

Zakaria al-Saghir is one of those new immigrants. He's originally from Iraq, and moved to Baltimore County with his wife and their three kids in September. Today he's in a small discussion group at Baltimore's International Rescue Committee, an organization that helps newcomers learn the ropes in the U.S. He's seated in a semi-circle with five other immigrants as their trainer, Sara Bedford, goes over everything from properly shaking hands, to filing taxes.

iHundreds gather in Baltimore's harbor Sept. 22 to witness the naturalization of nearly 50 new Americans.

Acacia Squires/NPR Al-Sagheer says he could have moved to another state, but his relatives convinced him to settle just outside of Baltimore.

"They speak about the population, how they treat the new immigrants, the style of the city, how they live in the city, everything," he says. "They told me many good things about living in Baltimore."

That word of mouth is exactly what Rawlings-Blake is counting on to bring people into the city. Her administration is trying to make all immigrants feel safe and welcome. Her boldest move so far is prohibiting police and city officials from ever asking residents about immigration status.

"I don't really think of people as legal or illegal," she says. "Are you productive, or are you not productive? That's really my focus."

The IRC is a nonprofit organization, but Baltimore City is instituting programs to help foster that growth, too, by offering Spanish-language nutrition and exercise classes, and Spanish story time at the library. The city has even begun cultural training for the police.

Catalina Rodriguez, Baltimore's Hispanic Community Liaison, is charged with making sure many of these programs run smoothly. She's at a police precinct in north Baltimore training about 20 officers to recognize foreign identification cards. Immigrants who can't get a state-issued driver's license are encouraged to carry ID cards from their home countries.

Rodriguez flashes a slide of an Ecuadorian ID, explaining what each line on the card means, then adds, "Remember, Ecuadorians are an emerging group in the city of Baltimore, we have approx 1,000 Ecuadorians in this city."

Rodriguez also reminds officers they can use an interpretation service on their mobile phones in 170 languages, 24/7.

The city is spending money on training programs like this one, but Rawlings-Blake says the costs are negligible compared to the revenue new families will generate in taxes.

It's too early to calculate Baltimore's return on investment, but there is another Northeast city that also tried to fight population decline by recruiting immigrants: Philadelphia.

Philadelphia had the same kind of population crash as Baltimore. It peaked in the 1950s, then went into decades of decline. When the city finally grew again in 2010, the bulk of the newcomers were Asian and Hispanic immigrants.

iNearly 50 immigrants took the U.S. naturalization oath at the Baltimore harbor on Sept. 22.

Acacia Squires/NPR Amanda Bergson-Shilcock has worked for nearly a decade at The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians. It's one of many nonprofits that have teamed up with the city to help immigrants find jobs, start businesses and put down roots in the city.

"The whole city was doing handsprings when the news came out from the Census Bureau about a year and a half ago that our population is growing again," she says. "If it had not been for the growth in the city's immigrant population, we would not have grown, we would have had another decade of population losses.

For cities hoping to follow in Philadelphia's footsteps, Steven Camarota of the Center for Immigration Studies has different advice.

He's skeptical that Baltimore, or any city, can grow its immigrant population simply by ignoring immigration status or offering services.

"If you have a city that native-born people have moved out of in very large numbers, it's very unlikely that you'll get large scale immigration to that city," he says.

Camarota says immigrants, like anyone else, go where there are jobs. He says even if cities like Baltimore, which has had a stubbornly high unemployment rate, could attract immigrants, it wouldn't mean much for the local economy.

"In general the research shows that immigrants do not pay enough in taxes to cover their consumption of public services," he says. "In general it creates a lot of fiscal costs."

But David Kallick, director of Immigration Research at the Fiscal Policy Institute, disagrees with Camarota on that point. Kallick says attracting new immigrant residents does, in fact, help a city, whether they make a million dollars a year, or $30,000.

"If you think about property taxes for example, having empty buildings is very expensive to a city," Kallick says. "If you have people moving into a neighborhood, they're going to be paying some property taxes."

In the short-term, Baltimore's open-door policy is probably not going to fill city coffers. There is a cost to providing new immigrants services like language classes and health care. For Baltimore to be successful, Kallick says, it's going to have to do more than roll out a nice welcome mat to newcomers. it's going to have to invest long-term.

One of the points made in the article of Baltimore and 10,000 immigrants was Ecuador being the home of 1,000 immigrants in Baltimore.  The article below is too long to post but Google it to see what happened in Ecuador a few decades ago under neo-liberalism is now happening in the US.  Look at land ownership rights and equate that to the subprime mortgage frauds----the fake water bills that drive homeowners into losing their homes-----IT IS THE SAME THING.
So, today's Ecuadorians are probably the former land owners driven from their farms as is true in Mexico----now, think how these global pols look at American labor and see no problem making them world labor being sent to overseas International Economic Zones---because that is to where this goes.

Neoliberalism, Land Ownership and The Unification of Ecuador’s Social Movements

How Neoliberal policies affected land ownership

The disregard for indigenous land rights stems from the belief that rural and indigenous societies were a hindrance to economic growth. Because of their isolated, self sufficient, traditional nature, they were seen as underdeveloped and in need of modernization and integration into urban society. [15] Indigenous and rural citizens were thus marginalized and no longer considered citizens with basic rights. This view of the Indigenous as savages provided the moral justification for dispossession. The legal justification was found in the doctrine known as terra nullius. This was racist doctrine of the imperialist era that was incorporated into Ecuadorian law. This doctrine legally appropriates lands to the European states that were first to discover them, regardless of the current inhabitants. Judith Kimberling describes the doctrine
